A: I’ll use whatever communication style works best for you - email, messaging apps, phone, or video. We’ll find a rhythm that fits your flow.
Q: How do I get started?
A: Book a Discovery Call! We’ll discuss what you need, and then I’ll send a contract to get things rolling.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: My monthly support packages start at $450 for 10 hours. You can scale up based on your needs.
Q: How do I pay you?
A: Your package is billed monthly. If you use more hours than your plan includes, I’ll bill the additional time at your hourly rate.
Q: Do unused hours roll over?
A: Hours are designed to be used each month, so I can consistently prioritize your work. You’ll receive a fresh set of hours every billing cycle.
Q: How do you protect my information?
A: I take client privacy seriously. I use secure tools for password sharing, and I’m happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for peace of mind.
Q: When are you available?
A: I work Monday–Friday on Eastern Time. I’m offline on U.S. federal holidays (gotta recharge too!).
