A Virtual Executive Assistant provides remote, professional support to help manage key business operations such as email management, scheduling, task coordination, and ongoing administrative support—so you can stay focused on leading and growing your business.

A:
I offer focused support in two main areas:

  • Bookkeeping & Financial Support (including monthly reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, project billing, and financial reporting)
  • Operational & Client Support (including virtual executive assistant support, email management, webinar assistance, replay video editing and posting, and customer service support)

All services are structured to provide consistent, reliable support without overwhelm.


Q: Do you offer bookkeeping and virtual executive assistant services together?
A:
Yes. Some clients work with me for bookkeeping support, others for operational or executive assistant support, and some for a combination of both. During our discovery call, we’ll determine what level of support makes the most sense for your business.


Q: How do we stay in touch?
A:
We’ll choose a communication style that works best for you, such as email, messaging tools, or scheduled check-ins. Clear communication and expectations are a priority.


Q: How do I get started?
A:
Start by booking a Discovery Call. We’ll talk through your needs, confirm the right level of support, and I’ll send over a contract to get started.


Q: How much does it cost?
A:
Pricing is based on the type and level of support you need.

  • Bookkeeping services are offered through monthly retainers starting at $600/month.
  • Operational and virtual executive assistant support is billed at $45/hour, with monthly retainers available.

Q: How do I pay you?
A:
Services are billed monthly. If additional hours are needed beyond your selected package, they are billed at the hourly rate.


Q: Do unused hours roll over?
A:
No. Hours are designed to be used within the billing cycle so I can consistently prioritize your work and maintain reliable support.


Q: How do you protect my information?
A:
Client privacy is taken seriously. I use secure tools for password sharing and am happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for added peace of mind.


Q: When are you available?
A:
I work Monday through Friday on Eastern Time and observe U.S. federal holidays.
